Services Today For Tina Vos, 2; Died Saturday
Tina Marie Vos, 2 year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Vos of GM Villa, died Saturday morning at her home after choking on food.
Funeral services were held this morning at the Immanuel Baptist Church.
The Rev. B. L. Payne, pastor of the church, conducted services and burial was in Newton Union Cemetery.
Wallace Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Besides her parents, the child is survived by a brother, Donald; maternal grandparents, Ernest and Katheryne Selby of Rock Creek; paternal grandparents, Junior and Berdena Vos of Kellogg; maternal great grandmothers, Mrs. Ernest Selby of Albia and Mrs. Edith Coop of Blakesburg; and paternal great grandfather, Dick Vos of Sully.
The child also is survived by several aunts and uncles and many other relatives.
The daughter of James and Rosealee Selby Vos, the child was born Mar. 22, 1976 at the Skiff Memorial Hospital.
