Darline Davidson Former Resident, Dies in New York
Funeral services for Mrs. Francis (Darline) Davidson, 71, of Newburgh, N.Y., a former resident of Newton, were held Friday in Newburgh. Burial was in Newburgh.
She died recently at a Newburgh hospital.
Survivors are her husband; a son, Darwin of New York, N.Y., a daughter, Deanna Davidson of Newburgh; two grandchildren; a brother, Kenneth Young of Newton; and a sister, Mrs. Alice Stanberry of Okoboji.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.
Mrs. Davidson was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church and the Order of Eastern Star.
The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Young, she was born Oct. 6, 1907 in Jefferson.
She was married in 1933 in Newton.
