Word received today of the death of Miss Elizabeth Patton, who died at her home in Grinnell this morning at seven o’clock. Deceased was a daughter of Mrs. M. K. Patten, a resident of this city until about ten years ago. She was about thirty years of age and it is understood that her death was due to consumption, with other complications. The funeral will occur Monday at Colfax.
