MRS. BEN LUFKIN-- Mrs. Anna Lufkin, 82, resident near Reasnor nor nearly 80 years died Monday at 12:30 p.m. at Wright, Iowa, located 10 miles southeast of Oskaloosa. She is survived by no immediate relatives but has several distant relatives living in this area. Funeral services will be held Friday at 1:30 at Toland Funeral Home and burial will be in Newton Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Lufkin was born to Jacob and Christina Herwehe near Reasnor, August 18, 1871. She married Ben Lufkin, and he preceded her in death in 1939.
