Mrs. Gardener, wife of Capt. Gardener, died at her home here Monday evening of pneumonia and heart failure. Mrs. Gardener was a most excellent woman and loved by all who knew her. She leaves two children, a daughter and Chas. Gloyd, children by a former marriage. The funeral took place Wednesday morning at 10 o’clock, Rev. D. M. Helmick conducting the services.
