Hold Rites for George M. Houck

Funeral rites for George M. Houck, 73, were conducted this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the Morgan Funeral home by the Rev. Rex Andrews, pasor of the Full Gospel Mission. Interment was in the Newton Union cemetery.

Mr. Houck, former resident of Colfax, died Tuesday morning at the county home following a stroke of apoplexy suffered last Thursdy. A sister and a niece survive. ~ Newton Daily News, November 1, 1933
