Visitation: The family will greet friends from 6-8 p.m., Thursday, July 05, 2012 at the funeral home.
Funeral Service: 11 a.m., Friday, July 06, 2012 at the funeral home.
Interment: Immediately following the funeral service on Friday, July 06, 2012 at the Newton Union Cemetery in Newton.

Those left to honor Marilyn's memory are her son, Craig (Peggy) Tierney of Kellogg; brother, Gene (Joyce) Claver of Lovilia; her niece, Carole (Dave) Chestnut; and her two nephews, Dennis and Danny Claver. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Cleta (Fraizer) Claver; and husband, Martin J. “Marty” in 2009.

Marilyn was a graduate of Lovilia High School in 1952.

Marilyn was a sales clerk, working at the Fashionette and then at Power Drug, both in Newton.

Marilyn loved being with her family and friends.
