C. W. Bohne, 58, Dies of Stroke
Bachelor Farmer of Amboy Neighborhood Succumbs at Home Tuesday
C. W. (Will) Bohne, 58-year-old bachelor farmer living in the Amboy neighborhood, died at his home Tuesday afternoon about 5 o’clock from a stroke following an illness of about two months.
He was the brother of Henry, Fred, Charles, Herman and John Bohne, all of Jasper county and of Mary Bohne of Newton.
Funeral services will be held at St. John’s church Friday afternoon at 1:30 o’clock and burial will be in St. John’s cemetery. The Rev. John Ruhl will be in charge.
Mr. Bohne was born in Wisconsin Feb. 9, 1879, a son of Henry August and Lena (Schnathorst) Bohne.
