Arnold “Arnie” D. Foreman, 66, of Newton died on Thursday, Dec. 23, 2010, at Hospice of Jasper County’s Monarch Wing in Newton.
A funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2010, at the Wallace Family Funeral Home in Newton. The family will greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 28, at the funeral home.
Memorials to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital may be left at the funeral home.
Survivors include his son, Josh (Erica) Foreman of Waukee; his two daughters, Dawn M. (Tony) Foreman-Renaud of Newton and Stacy Foreman of Madrid; four grandchildren, Jordan Foreman, Tanae Hollar, Aaron Teed and Emersyn Foreman; his brother, Darrell (Nancy) Foreman of Baxter; his sister, Darlene (Bill) Clifton of Chandler, Ariz.; his sister-in-law, Jackie Foreman of Newton; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil F. and Ruth H. (Gustaffson) Foreman, and his twin brother, Ron, in 2009.

Arnold "Arnie" D. Foreman was born March 31, 1944.
Arnie served his country in the U. S. Navy during the Vietnam War.
Arnie was a graduate of Baxter High School
Arnie was a member of the American Legion Post 111, 40 & 8, Vietnam Era Veterans and the Emerson Hough Chapter of the Izaak Walton League. He enjoyed golfing, playing pool and was a neat freak with his truck.
Interment: Restland Cemetery in Baxter. Flag Presentation and Taps by American Legion Post 111.
