F. A. Ritzhaupt Dies Here Today

Frank A. Ritzhaupt, 77 year old bachelor, died at eight o'clock this morning in Newton, from complications derived from old age.

Mr. Ritzhaupt was engaged in the farming business near Monroe before retiring a number of years ago.

The son of Mr. and Mrs. Balzar Ritzhaupt, he was born in northeastern Iowa on Feb. 2, 1870, and spent the major portion of his life in Jasper County.

Survivors include one brother, William, of Newton; three sisters, Mr. John Wenzel, Afton; Mrs. Ed Pentico, Prairie City, and Mrs. William Pentico, Newton.
