Jenkins Services Held Thursday
Services were held today for Dan B. Jenkins, 61, who died at his farm home northwest of Monroe Tuesday.
The Rev. Donald Brong of the Monroe Baptist Church conducted the services. Burial was in the Palo Alto cemetery.
Pallbearers for Mr. Jenkins were Willis Van Wyk, Keith Nearmyer, Leslie French, Harold Engle, Elmo Bleckledge and Glenn Jackson.
In charge of flowers were Mrs. Willis Van Wyk, Mrs. Keith Nearmyer and Mrs. Glenn Jackson. ~ The Newton (Iowa) Daily News, Thursday, October 11, 1956.
