Myron H. Beerends, 78, of Pella, formerly of Sully, died Tuesday evening at the Hospice of Pella Comfort House in Pella.
A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Calvary Christian Reformed Church in Pella. Visitation will begin Friday morning at the Van Dyk-Duven Funeral Home with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Calvary Christian Reformed Church.
A committal service with military honors will be at the Sully Cemetery in Sully followed by a luncheon at the Sully Community Building.

Myron H. Beerends was born October 17, 1931.
Myron is survived by his wife, Junella G. (Vink) Beerends and four children: Harlan (Norma) Beerends of Sully, Darlene (Loren) Van Zanten of Pella, Duane (Trisha) Beerends of New Sharon, IA and Larry Beerends of Pella.
For those desiring, memorials may be given for the Sully Business Association to be designated for the 4th of July Celebration or the Hospice of Pella Comfort House.
