MRS. MERETHIA KENT OF LYNNVILLE DIES; RITES SLATED FRIDAY

LYNNVILLE (Special) -- Mrs. Merethia Kent of Lynnville succumbed Tuesday morning at an Oskaloosa nursing home.

She had observed her 89th birthday on Feb. 27th.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at an Oskaloosa funeral home. Burial will be Woodland cemetery at Lynnville.

Survivors include a son, Russell of Hampton; two daughters, Mrs. Edith Simmons of Oskaloosa and Mrs. Veda Stephenson of Los Angeles, Calif.; and one sister, Mrs. Edith Hull of Lynnville.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee several years ago.
