Mrs. Howard M. Baker--
Funeral services for Mrs. Howard M. Baker, 59, who had made her home in Newton since August, were held Monday afternoon at Pierson, Ia., her former home.
Mrs. Baker, who made her home here with Miss Verda Taylor, died Friday evening after suffering some time with high blood pressure.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Gayle McGee of Carnegie, Nebraska.
