Joshua Willey--

Funeral services for Joshua Willey, 78, of Colfax were held on Thursday at 1:30 o'clock at the First Baptist church at Colfax with interment in the Colfax cemetery. Rev. Alfred Vander Ploeg was in charge of the services.

The deceased died Monday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Ed Vander Ploeg.

Surviving relatives are a son, Frank Willey of Newton and six daughters: Mrs. Vander Ploeg of Colfax, Mrs. Chrissey Gathercole of Newton, Mrs. Gene Murry of Des Moines, Mrs. Joe Perrier of Cedar Falls, Mrs. Leonard Kling of Newton and Mrs. Leo Mahan of Daytona Beach, Fla.
