GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas — Bryan “BJ” Paul Strum, 20, born Nov. 21, 1988, passed from this life on Aug. 11, 2009. He was the second of three children of Brian K. Strum and Dawn M. Freeman.
Bryan enjoyed skateboarding, boxing, hanging with friends and making those around him laugh. He was loved by all that knew him and will be greatly missed. Bryan was a wonderful son and a great friend.
Bryan is survived by his father, Brian (Angela) Strum; his mother, Dawn (Tony) Freeman; his brother Christopher (Karly) Strum-Ortega; and sisters, Kristena and Ashley; grandparents Paul (Paula) Strum, great-grandmother, Dorothy Pierce; aunt Amy (Rod) Brause; great-aunt, Claudia (Larry) McKim; cousins, Shelby and Amanda; and numerous cousins and other relatives in his great extended family.
Bryan was laid to rest on Saturday, Aug. 15, at Emerald Hills Cemetery in Kennedale, Texas.
