LARGO, Fla. — Jane King, 82, of Largo, Fla., formerly of Newton, passed away on June 20, 2009.
She was a wonderful mother of seven children, including daughters, Sheri, Karen and Marianne King and Anita King Frase; one son; and two other daughters. She had 16 grandchildren, including Sky Smothers, Eric, Rich and Katie Lane. Jane is also survived by her former husband, Bill King of Mt. Pleasant.
Memorial services will be held in her honor at the First Lutheran Church, 1644 Nursery Road, Clearwater, Fla. 33756, on Thursday, June 25. Flowers may be sent to the church or, In lieu of flowers, donations to First Lutheran Church or Hospice of the Florida Suncoast may be sent to 2000 E. Bay Drive, Lot 79, Largo, Fla., 33771.
Jane’s ashes will be buried in Hawaii.
