F. H. OLSTHOORN

SULLY - Funeral Henry Olsthoorn, 62, a resident of Sully for eight years, were held today at the Sully Christian Reformed Church.

The Rev. Carl Klompien, pastor of the church, conducted services. Burial was in the Sully Cemetery.

Memorial contributions to the Sully Christian School may be left at the Garden Chapel in Pella.

He died Friday, July 20, at his home. Survivors are his wife, Jeanetta; a daughter, Mrs. Craig (Sheryl) Baarda of Grinnell; two grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Tunis (Cora) Hartgers and Mrs. Bernie (Johanna) Vos of Sully. Mrs. John (Gertrude) Swank of Reasnor; and two brothers, Arie of Monroe and Lambert of Sully.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Anna.

Mrs. Olsthoorn was a member of the Sully Christian Reformed Church.

A retired farmer, he had been a salesman for Central Petroleum Co. for eight years.

The son of John and Gertie Moes Olsthoorn, he was born Feb. 3, 1922 at Traintor.

He was married to Jeanneta Beyer Jan. 27, 1944 in Grinnell. ~ Newton Daily News, Newton, IA, February 18, 1974.
