Jessie M. Potter, Excelsior Springs (MO)

Jessie Mae Potter, 96, Excelsior Springs, died April 22, 1988 at Truman Medical Center in Kansas City. She was born on Aug. 11, 1891 to Riley and Mary (Irwin) Malcomson. She lived in Excelsior Springs and was a member of the United Methodist Church in Excelsior Springs. Survivors include a son, William J. Jones, Excelsior Springs; a daughter, Eva McGuire, Trenton, Michigan; four grandchildren; one step grandson; and five great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Prichard Chapel; burial in Crown Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the chapel. Contributions may be made to the church music fund. Newspaper is unknown.
