DORA E. HAM, 76, DIES TUESDAY; RITES THURSDAY

Mrs. William C. (Dora E.) Ham, 76, 1204 W. 4th St. N., resident of Newton since 1933, died Tuesday noon at Skiff Memorial Hospital.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Toland-Wallace Funeral Home.

The Rev. Raymond Barnett, minister of the First Christian Church, will officiate, and burial will be in Newton Union Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 2:30 p.m. today.

Surviving are her widower; a daughter, Mrs. Louis (Bernice) Darrah of Newton; two step-daughters, Mrs. Charles (Bernita) Slavers of Davenport and Mrs. Louis (Phyllis) Crutchelou, both of Davenport; two step-sons, Robert Ham and Marvin Ham, both of Newton; 20 grandchildren, and 26 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by 12 brothers and sisters.

The daughter of George I. and Samantha Jane Edwards, she was born Aug. 31, 1893, at Bussey.

She was married Oct. 16, 1933, at Kellogg.
