HENRY BATY DIES; SERVICES PENDING

Henry Baty, 83, a member of The Daily News Three Quarter Century club, died Tuesday morning at his home at 733 South 5th Ave. East.

Funeral arrangements have not been completed.

Morgan-Loehr funeral home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Baty was born May 24, 1875. He came to Jasper county from Marion county.

NOTE: Birth-year in this obit. may be in error. Tombstone inscription has 1871-1959 and Death Record gives birth-year as 1871.
