REASNOR
Mrs. Hiram Williams, who was so badly burned a couple of weeks ago, passed away Tuesday, December 1st. She was past seventy-one years of age. Her husband preceded her to death about seven months. They were among the oldest residents of this place. She leaves four sons and three daughters, Arch of Davenport, Bert of Stuttgart, Arkansas, Ed. of Reasnor and Fred (who has cared for his parents and was still in the home), Mrs. Gertie Myers of Newton, and Mrs. Florence Varner and Mrs. Hazel Waring of Reasnor. The funeral services were conducted at the Reasnor M.E. church Saturday at 10 a.m. by the pastor, Rev. R.J. Arms. A quartet composed of Messrs Geo. and Clarence Tool and Mrs. Arms and Mrs. Graffis, with Mrs. Alta Zickel at the piano, sang "What a Friend We Have in Jesus," "Sometime We'll Understand," Sometime, Somewhere." She was laid to rest beside her husband in the Palo Alto cemetery. The many beautiful flowers were silent tribute of esteem in which she was held by her friends and neighbors.
