Kaydance Chloe Siedlecki, 20 months, died Aug. 20, 2007, at the Children’s Hospital in Des Moines.

Memorial services will be at 3:30 p.m. Friday at the Wallace Family Funeral Home in Newton with the Rev. Jerry Van Wyk officiating.

Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Following the memorial service, the family will greet friends from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The family will also greet friends with a potluck at the Izaak Walton League. Memorials in Kaydance’s name may be left at the funeral home.

The daughter of Chris and Heather (Rainey) Siedlecki, she was born Dec. 16, 2005, in Newton. She had lived in Monroe and Newton.

Survivors include her mother Heather Rainey (and Cody Criqui) of Newton; her father, Chris Siedlecki of Otley; her grandparents, Kim Howell (Harold Petro) of Newton, Dennis (Lori) Rainey of Monroe, Jamie Vos of Otley, Nick Vos of Pella, Mark Siedlecki of Illinois, Allen (Robin) Criqui of Newton, and Kim (Tony) Gwen of Chariton; her great-grandparents, Wayne (Donna) Northcutt and Floyd (Ellen) Howell, all of Newton, Jerry (Vicky) Siedlecki of Illinois, Bel (Dale) Vos of Pella, and Charlotte Masters of Newton; her great-great-grandparents, Vivian McIntire and Betty (George) Sickle, all of Newton; and her aunts and uncles, Jennifer and Jessica Rainey, Travis and Ashton Richtsmeier, Nicole Vos, Emily Klein, Kylie and Michael Criqui, Kayla and Brian Gullion and Kelsie Gwen.

She was preceded in death by her great-grandma, Joan Luzadder and great-grandpas, Kenneth Rainey and George Luzadder.
