Jerry Rozenboom, 60, 2079 263rd St., Oskaloosa, brother of Jeanetta (Mrs. Jerald) Dykstra of Monroe, died Tuesday, Dec. 13, at the Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Central reformed Church in Oskaloosa.

The Rev. Roger Huitink, assisted by the Rev. John Frey, will conduct services.

Burial will be in Forest Cemetery in Oskaloosa.

A family prayer service will be held at 10:15 p.m. Saturday in a wing of the church.

Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at Bates Funeral Chapel in Oskaloosa and visitation with the family will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral chapel.

A memorial fund in his name has been established.

Also surviving are his wife, five daughters, nine grandchildren, three brothers and another sister.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.

A native of Oskaloosa, Mr. Rozenboom was founder of D R S Transport Inc. and also was owner of the Oskaloosa Truck-Trailer Clinic Inc. ~ The Newton (IA) Daily News, December 1994
