LYNNVILLE - Funeral services for Brian Lee "Pizza" Van Maanen, 35, of 707 East St., a longtime resident of Lynnville, were held today, Oct. 17, at the Friends Church in Lynnville.

The Rev. Marvin D. Miller, pastor of the church, conducted services.

Burial was in Woodland Cemetery in Lynnville.

Memorials to the Old Mill Park will be accepted.

He died Thursday at the Grinnell regional Medical Center in Grinnell after suffering an electrical shock at the Lynnville Mill and Power.

Van Dyk-Duven Funeral Home in Pella Handled Arrangements.

Survivors are his parents, Van and Violet of Lynnville; a brother and sister-in-law, Bryce and Deb of Lynnville; a sister and brother -in-law, Brenda Jo and Kevin Van Kooten of Lynnville; four nephews and nieces; his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Jeanette........the rest of this obituary is torn off. ~ The Newton (IA) Daily News, October 1994.
