Casea Lynn Kohrs

DES MOINES - Casea Lynn Kohrs, 1931 Leyner, Des Moines, granddaughter of Don and Pearl Umbarger of Newton and great-grandchild of Allen and Myrtle Cupples of Newton, died Wednesday, March 27, at the home of her grandparents in Newton of a congenital brain disorder.

Funeral services for the child, the daughter of Donna Umbarger and Steve Kohrs, both of Des Moines, will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Hamilton's Funeral Home in Des Moines.

Burial will be at Laurel Hills Cemetery in Des Moines.

Memorials to Hospice of Central Iowa or Blank Memorial Children's Hospital will be accepted.

Other survivors are a half-sister, Michele Kohrs of Des Moines; a step-brother, Joseph Hayes of Des Moines; and her paternal grandmother, Betty Kohrs of Des Moines.
