Audley E. Laver

CARLISLE - Audley E. Laver, 96, of Carlisle, father of Alfred Laver of Newton, died Monday, June 6, at the Carlisle Care Center of congestive heart failure.

Services were held at 10:30 a.m. today at the Peterson Funeral Home in Indianola.

Burial was at the Independent Order of Odd Fellows Cemetery in Indianola.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today.

Memorials to the Carlisle Care Center or Chapel of Faith Church will be accepted.

Also surviving are two daughters, 11 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 26 great-great-grandchildren. ~ The Newton (IA) Daily News, June 1988
