DYSART - G. Edward Wilson, 74, of Dysart, father of James R. Wilson of Newton, died Wednesday morning, Sept. 8, at Waterloo.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the United Methodist Church in Dysart. Burial will be in the Dysart Cemetery.

Also surviving are his wife, three more sons, a daughter and eight grandchildren. ~ The Newton (IA) Daily News, September 1993
