WOODWARD - Funeral services for Kenneth William Tingwald, 60, of Woodward, farther of Julie Danhauer of Mingo, were held Saturday, June 12, at Hasting Funeral Home in Perry.

The Rev. Robert G. Garr, pastor of the United Methodist Church, conducted services. Burial was in Peoples Township Cemetery in Boone County.

Military rites were conducted by the Woodward American Legion.

He died Thursday at the Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines.

Also surviving are his wife, a son, another daughter and two sons-in-law, including Dale Danhauer of Mingo, five grandchildren, a brother, an aunt and a number of nieces and nephews. ~ The Newton (IA) Daily News, June 1993
