Funeral services for Anna Pirnat, 78, of 803 E. 13th St. N., a resident of Newton since moving from Albia three years ago, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, December 15 in Albia.

She died Wednesday at the Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines.

Visitation with the family will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the Geyer-Northum Funeral Home in Albia.

Memorials to St. Luke United Methodist Church or RSVP in Newton will be accepted.

Survivors are a daughter, Kathryn (Mrs. Jim) Stephens of Newton; a son, Fred of Missouri; four grandchildren; two sisters; and a brother.

Mrs. Pirnat was a member of RSVP and attended St. Luke United Methodist Church. ~ The Newton (IA) Daily News, December 1990
