ARLINGTON, Ill. - Sandra J. Peterson, 48, of 401 N. Derbyshire Lane, Arlington, Ill. 60004, wife of Douglas Peterson, a former Newton resident, and daughter-in-law of Venite Peterson of Newton, died Tuesday at Northwest Community Hospital in Mount Prospect, Ill.

Funeral services will be held Friday at the Community Presbyterian Church in Mount Prospect.

Also surviving are a son, James D. and a daughter, Kathleen, both of Mount Prospect, and her mother, Mrs. Melba Dean Wilkins of Mount Prospect. ~ The Newton (IA) Daily News, December 1990
