Hazel Simatovich

MYSTIC - Funeral services for Hazel Simatovich, 70, of Mystic, mother of Clarence Simatovich and Bernice James, both of Newton, were held today, May 3, at the Peoples Baptist Church.

Mike Willis and Boyd Halford officiated. Burial was in Elgin Cemetery.

Memorial in her name may be mailed to the Lange Funeral Home, 416 E. Maple, Centerville, Iowa 52544.

She died Friday at St. Joseph's Hospital.

Also surviving are a daughter-in-law, Iona, of Newton; two more sons and daughters-in-law; a daughter and son-in-law; nine grandchildren; a great-grandchild; two brothers and another sister. ~ The Newton (IA) Daily News, April 1994
