Mrs. H. Koppin Dies Monday

Mrs. Hannah Koppin, 79, died at 7:15 last night in the Skiff Memorial Hospital here following a brief illness.

The daughter of Adolph and Johanna Klopping, she was born on January 14, 1868, and was married to August F. Koppin on March 4, 1914. Mr. Koppin passed away on November 23, 1938.

Survivors include two sons, John and Paul of Newton; two daughters, Meta Koppin Antle, Kellogg and Selma Koppin Petermier, Newton; two sisters, Mrs. Lydia Wehrman, Newton and Mrs. Louise Chollett, Long Beach, California. Fourteen nieces, twelve nephews, and eight grandchildren also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a sister Mary and four brothers, Adolph, Henry F., Fred and William.

Funeral services will be held from the Morgan Funeral Home at two o’clock Saturday afternoon and at 2:45 p.m. from the Zoar Reformed Church. Rev. Emil Burrichter will be in charge of the services and burial will be in the Zoar Cemetery.
