Ardis A. Loupee

NEWTON, IA. - Ardis A. Loupee, 83, of Newton died Tuesday at Heritage Manor Care Center of complications of Parkinson's disease. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at First Christian Church, of which he was a member, and burial will Newton Union Cemetery.

Miss Loupee was born in Kellogg and lived in Newton several years, retiring as secretary-treasurer of Parsons Co., where she had worked for 45 years. She was a member of Skiff Medical Center auxiliary and the Board of Directors of Ramsey Home in Des Moines and was a 50 year member and past matron of Order of the Eastern Star.

A brother, Loren of Newton, survives.

Friends may call after 8 a.m. Thursday at Wallace-Pence Funeral Home, where the family will meet friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to her church. ~ The Newton (IA) Daily News, August, 1990
