Cleo R. Faidley, 98, of Prairie City died of a heart ailment Wednesday at Clearview Manor, where he was a resident five years. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Walters-Coburn Funeral Home in Colfax and burial will be in the Colfax Cemetery. Mr. Faidley, who retired from Maytag Co., lived in Colfax all his life and was an Army Veteran of World War I. He has no immediate survivors. Friends may call after 3 p.m. today at the funeral home, where the family will be present from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the care center.
