DIED. - At his home near Metz, Mr. Michael Kating died on Sunday night at a ripe old age. For many years past Mr. Kating has been in the employ of the C. R. I & P.R. R. near Metz and has been an honest and upright man.

The funeral services of Mr. Michael Keating were held at the Catholic church, in this city, yesterday, and the body interred in the Catholic Cemetery. Father Burke officiating. ~ The Newton Journal, Wednesday, December 20, 1893
