Mabel Sorenson

Mabel Sorenson, 96, of 1140 B. Cherry Hills Dr., a former longtime resident of Sioux City, died Friday, June 9, at Chico, Calif.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Luke Lutheran Church in Sioux City.

Memorial contributions to Skiff Medical Center Auxiliary will be accepted.

Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Glenn Clark of Chico, Calif., Mrs. J. F. Henning of Atherton, Calif.; and Mrs. G. E. Ankeny of Newton; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

She was born Dec. 27, 1892 in Sioux City.
