OSKALOOSA -- Helen Van Englenburg, 70, of Oskaloosa, formerly of the Otley community, died Sunday, Aug. 13, at Pleasant Park Nursing Home in Oskaloosa.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Garden Chapel in Pella.

The Rev. Ed Veldhuizen, pastor of the First Reformed Church in Pella, will conduct services. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Pella.

Family visitation will be held immediately before the services.

Survivors are two sisters, Eveline Meester of Pella and Hattie Hulleman of Monroe; five nephews and a niece.

She was preceded in death by her parent, a brother, John and a sister in infancy.

Mrs. Van Englenburg, a member of the First Reformed Church in Pella, had worked for Rollscreen in Pella for several years.

The daughter of Jan Antone and Jannetje Roseboon Van Englenburg, she was born June 19, 1919 in Marion County and attended schools in the Otley area.

Mrs. Van Englenburg had moved to Pella in 1944 and resided in Fairhaven in Pella from 1977 until 1982 when she moved to Oskaloosa.
