COLFAX -- Mary B. Jones, 100, of Colfax, died Sunday, March 5, at her home.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 1:30 p.m at Howard Street Christian Church wih the Rev. Tom Burns, pastor, officiating. Burial will be at Colfax Cemetery.

Visitation will be held after noon today at the Walters-Coburn Funeral Home in Colfax where family will greet friends from 7 to 8 p.m.

The daughter of Wesley and Elizabeth Rorabaugh McCracken, she was born Feb. 8, 1900, in Colfax. She graduated from Colfax High School in 1917. She married Paul Jones, June 1, 1921, in Colfax.

A lifelong resident of Colfax, Mrs. Jones worked as a homemaker. She was a member of the Howard Street Christian Church.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Margaret of Eaton, Colo.; eight grandchildren; and many great and great-grand children.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a daughter, four sisters and a brother. ~ The Newton Daily News, March 6, 2000.
