RODGERS, J. F.
Farmer, Sec. 26, owns 130 acres, valued at $10,000. He was born in Madison Co., IN on 1 Jan 1840. He moved to this county with his parents in 1849, settling in this township, west of Newton, but shortly moved to Newton Village, where his father died in 1856. Mr. R. moved to his present farm in 1864, the principal product of which is corn and wheat. He married Eliza RITTER in Aug 1864. She is a native of Stark Co., OH. Their children are Rosie, Fanny, Henry B., and Robert A. He is a Republican
