HUGHES, E. E.
Firm of Hughes & Son, dentists, office over Clark's Bank. He was b. 16 Oct 1850 in Toronto, Canada. In 1852 he came with his parents to Grand Rapids, and in 1870 came to Davis Co, Iowa. In 1877 he removed to Newton, Iowa. He commenced practice with his father in 1870. He is recording Secretary and Treasurer of the Iowa State Dental Society, and held this position the past two years. He has just been elected to a third term. He married Mary M. MCILVAIN in Dec 1875.
