DEARINGER, Jacob
Farmer; Sec. 36; P. O. Galesburg; owns 114 acres, valued at $3,500; born in Ripley Co,. Ind., Feb. 22, 1822; moved to Indianapolis, Ind., with his parents when about 10 years old, where he remained till 1858, when he moved to this township, where he has since resided. He married Hannah LOUCKS in 1846; she was a native of Indiana, and died in this township Aug. 28, 1866; his children by this marriage are Leonidas, Mary, William, George, Edward, Eleanor, Senora and Charles. He married again, Miss Mary LINEUS, in March, 1868; she is a native of Henry Co., Iowa; their children are Julia A., Josephine E., Greeley M., Robert W. and James.
