DEARINGER, G. W.
Farmer; Sec. 13; P. O. Galesburg; owns eighty acres, valued at $3,000; born in Marion Co., Ind., June 8, 1836; he is the son of Jacob and Nancy DEARINGER, natives of Kentucky; the former died in 1873 in his 86th year; the latter is still living in this township in her 84th year. Mr. D. moved to this county in 1851, settling in this township, and to his present farm in 1874. He married Miss Mary MUDGETT in this township in 1861; she was born in Maysville, Ky., May 25, 1839; their children are Abbie Q., born July 31, 1863; John J., born June 4, 1866; Ira B., born Sept. 26, 1869; Fannie, born June 25, 1874.
