MOBBERLY, Lydia W., (widow); Farming; Sec. 3.; P. O. Kellogg; born in Salem Co., N. Y., in 1818; moved to Highland Co., Ohio, in 1840, and to Fayette in 1858, to Clinton in 1865, and to this county in 1867. Married Wm. MOBBERLY in 1849; he died in 1875; her children living are Elizabeth E. (now widow) SHARP, Armante A., Harriet I., Mary F. Are members of the M. E. Church. She owns 160 acres of land, valued at $40 per acre. Mrs. SHARP married her late husband in 1861, he died in 1865; she has one child--Anna L., born Feb. 22, 1863. ~ "The History of Jasper County" (Chicago: Western Historical Company, 1878), 548.
