MASON, Ransom; Farmer, Sec. 12, P. O. Kellogg; born in Windsor Co., Vt., in 1817; located in Morgan Co., Ill., in 1840; in Johnson Co., Iowa, in 1843; in Iowa Co. in 1845, and in this county in 1875. Married Elizabeth DOUSKIN in 1847; she was born in Canada in 1829; their children are Emma, Lucy, Clara, Frank, Louisa, and Samuel by a former marriage. They are Baptists; he is a Republican.
