Hello, My name is Michael Altfillisch. Various ancestors came to Jackson County. My great-great-grandfather Michael Altfillisch did that and his sister Sophia did that. She married Caspar Deppe. Sophia and Caspar Deppe had several children. One of those was Lawrence Deppe. In the obituary of Lawrence Deppe, which is in the March 1, 1945 edition of The Bellevue Leader, reference is made to a Mrs. Peter M. Hintgen of Lamotte. Is she a Hingten ? There is an obituary for many Hingtgens in the Bellevue obituary index.
