Thanks! Apparently I missed that little bit of information...

On the death record of Julia (Jenkins) Hays, Elizabeth's surname is Wood. However, I have found no connection with any Wood family in Ohio at this point.

I did notice that there were a few Jones families listed in Farmers Creek that were born in Ohio within a time period to be siblings of Elizabeth. That will probably be my next research project on this family.
