Jehiel ANDREWS was born about March 12, 1835, possibly in Ohio. He died September 1, 1867, and is buried in the Andrew Cemetery, Jackson County, Iowa.
He married Rosetta HOYT on October 22, 1856, in Jackson County, Iowa. Rosetta is daughter of Samuel and Anna HOYT (HOIT) from Vermont. After Jehiel died she married a MOORE. She is also buried in the Andrew Cemetery.
Jehiel and Rosetta had 3 children: Samuel, Mary Edna, and Steven. Mary Edna married Charles Wesley STARR on December 26, 1883, in the city of Andrew, Iowa.
Am trying to find parents of Jehiel. Have not found him on the 1856 Iowa Census.
