Mornin' William, You can't look for marriage/death records until you find your individuals on the census records first to determine where these events might have occurred. And if you reference a census record, use the data to request a specific look-up for another document. (one time resident of Canada) is not a nativity. "He can be found on the 1880 census" is of no help either if we don't know where it is. The 1880 I found for a George & William Heritage indicate George was born Eng. George & Eliza J. Heritage can be found on the 1870 Bloomfield twp, Clinton co, Ia. census with sons William & John A. Dick
