Levi Cheney, Amelia Mercy Clark, Phebe Dixon

Looking for any information concerning Levi Cheney. His first wife was Phebe Rosetta Dixon, and after her death, he married Amelia Mercy Clark. Amelia was the sister of Mortimer William Clark of Maquoketa, Jackson Co., Iowa. (buried Mount Hope Cemetery, Maquoketa)
I know almost nothing of Levi's history in Jackson Co., I do know he was living in Spraquesvile in the spring of 1866 from family diaries. WOuld like to know more about these people as I am attempting to publish a book about this family. Would be expremely grateful for any details!!
